Wholesale Terms and Conditions

How to Order if you are a Qualified Retailer

Oré Originals only sells in wholesale quantities to qualified retailers. If you are looking to buy Oré Originals products for yourself or as a gift see our Retailer Locator page or order directly on our site.

First Time Customers

Welcome to Oré! In order to set up your account, we need you to submit a completed New Customer Set-Up Form and a resale card. Please print and submit by fax (562)961-3305 or by email to customerservice@oreoriginals.com. Allow 1-3 business days for account approval - we take this part seriously as we only allow qualified retailers to sell our products. We appreciate your time to carefully supply this information to us and we will do all we can to make your customer experience simple and quick so you can start selling Oré product as soon as possible! Once we issue you an account and login passcode, you are free to create and submit orders - lots and lots of them we hope!

First Orders Must be Prepaid

We can't wait for your first order! For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (USA only) or check. Using a credit card will expedite your shipment. If prepaying by check, allow two weeks for check clearance.

Online Stores

Online Stores must have a shopping cart. Be sure to include your online website address for verification when submitting the
New Customer Set-Up Form to us.

High Resolution Product Images

If you are a qualified retailer and need to secure high resolution product images, please contact info@oreoriginals.com

Minimum Opening Order

USA & Canada - $300 USD opening order minimum.
USA & Canada - $150 USD minimum re-order
A handling charge will be applied to orders that do not meet order minimums. Orders must observe designated case pack quantities. Oré reserves the right to adjust quantity ordered to meet our requirements or apply a handling charge for each broken case pack quantity. We will not break case pack quantities without applying handling charges.

Net 30 terms on approved credit

The Oré Credit Application must be signed and completed in its entirety. Please fax it to us at (562)961-3305 or email to customerservice@oreoriginals.com. We require six trade references and one bank reference. Customers that have been in business for less than one year require a minimum waiting period of 6 months from the first order prior to consideration for net payment terms. Any account inactive for over 12 months must submit new credit references.

We do not offer COD or drop shipping.


Rush Processing and Expedited Shipping Charges

Any order placed that requires rush processing may be subject to a handling fee plus any expedited shipping charges. Contact Customer Service at (800)367-2675 EXT 10 or 12 or email at customerservice@oreoriginals.com to confirm transit times and fees.

Special Handling requests are subject to additional charges.

Shipping

Getting your order on its way is our number one goal. You can expect your order to ship within 5-7 business days. All merchandise is shipped FOB Long Beach, CA. Standard UPS shipping rates apply to all domestic orders, unless otherwise specified. Freight carrier is subject to change without notice. Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transit company within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to retain the merchandise and its original shipping carton to verify damages arising from transit.

Shipping Orders to U.S. Territories and Canada

Please provide us with your UPS or Fed-Ex account number we will gladly ship your order to you via this carrier. If you prefer we can ship to your consolidator and bill you standard UPS shipping charges. This applies to U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the Mariana Islands, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada.

Special Routing

Please specify any special routing on your purchase order or Oré will ship best/cheapest. Notify us if your delivery address is Commercial or Residential. Orders Shipped by common carrier will be sent freight collect. Consignee must file any damage or loss claim directly with carrier.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for all freight costs.

Backorders

Backorders will be shipped within 60 days of original ship date or be cancelled. All backorders under $50 will be automatically cancelled. Please indicate on your order whether or not you will accept backorders. Shipping will be charged on all backorders.

Returns & Exchanges

We promise to do our best to ship your order correctly. In the event there is a problem with your order, please notify Oré Customer Service within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for returns or adjustments. Click here for complete returns information and to fill out a return form.

Collections and Fees

Customer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney and court fees as well as interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on any past due, unpaid balance. We charge $50 USD for all returned checks, stopped-payment checks and unjustified credit card chargeback's.

Satisfaction Policy

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from Oré. If you aren't satisfied, please contact us. While shipping charges aren't refundable, if your order did not meet your expectations, it can be returned within 10 days of receipt. All items must be in their original packaging and we'll be glad to exchange it for something different. Click here for complete returns information.

Recycled and Handmade

Remember that products made from recycled materials and hand-made finished products may vary in color and texture. These are not considered flaws and only add to the uniqueness of products made this way.
